It is located on the ramp apron in Martin Valley and supplies fresh and frozen groceries, tobacco, and souvenirs. Reminiscences is a mobile souvenir shop operated by Hazel Rezansoff. The shop is usually set up for BC Ferries Discovery Coast arrivals. Ocean Falls Walkabout also offers souvenirs at the Ferry Dock. There are several haircutters in Ocean Falls. Jackson's Welding is owned and operated by Russ Jackson. Russ has heavy equipment for rent including dump trucks, loaders, and excavators; as well as several tug boats and a portable sawmill. Hand Logging & Beach Combing There is some beach combing for timber. This was a good part of the supply for Ocean Falls Lumber until recently. Several people in town own suitable tug boats and interest in these activities is increasing, both as a possible supply for the producers of value-added wood products and for use in residential projects. Value Added Wood Producers Audrie's Boards is owned by Roy & Audrie Burk, and produces small cedar products such as  moldings and paneling in a shop at their home.  Audrie also runs a greenhouse in the summer for fresh produce. back
