School District #49 School Board consists of five elected trustees in two zones, three trustees from the east zone (Bella Coola Valley) and two trustees from the west zone (outer cost). Trustees are elected every three years. The School Board makes and sets up policies, as a guidline for the operation of this district, at its regular monthly meetings.
